Manage your data privacy with Surokkha GPS Tracker

Method 1: Delete via the Mobile App

The fastest way to permanently delete your account and all associated tracking data is directly through our mobile application.

  • Open the Surokkha GPS app.
  • Go to Settings or Profile.
  • Tap on Delete Account and confirm.

Method 2: Request via Web/Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request full data deletion by emailing our support team from your registered email address.

Please include your Registered Phone Number and Vehicle Tracking ID for verification.

Note: Deleting your account will permanently erase all historical tracking data, geofences, and vehicle records. This action cannot be undone.
